Pour cela, les experts du laboratoire (qui emploie quelque 1 500 salariés) interviennent dans toutes les étapes de réalisation des projets. Ils travaillent également à identifier les risques d’instabilité des sols, d’inondations et d’impact sur l’environnement. « Sans oublier l’invisible, soit tout ce qui se rapporte aux raccordements, réseaux d’assainissement… », précise Abdelhakim Jakani, directeur de LPEE. La démarche se veut volontariste, mais le certificat de conformité par lequel l’État conditionne aujourd’hui l’octroi des exonérations comptant pour le logement social semble avoir accéléré la démarche.
